How can I exchange my order?

If you would like to exchange your item, SIP Jewelry will offer a gift card for the full amount, less shipping costs. To receive a gift card all pieces must be returned within 14 days of receiving & must be undamaged, unworn & without any scratches etc. Postage back to SIP Jewelry Facility is covered by our free return and exchange policy. Does SIP Jewelry offer repair service?

Yes we do! In the unlikely case that you've received a faulty product, we will replace your product for free within 90 days of delivery. We strive for quality at SIP Jewelry and ensure the highest quality standards from our manufacturing process with Stainless Steel and 18k gold plated. Our jewelry is designed to be sturdy and withstand personal wear and tear.

SIP Jewelry will not accept any pieces when:

A piece is not returned in its original condition: has been worn, scratched, damaged or is not in it's original packaging.
