Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally. We also offer standard and expedited shipping options to both domestic and international destinations. Our warehouse is located in Indonesia and all orders will be shipped directly from our facility worldwide.

How will my order be shipped?

Please visit our Shipping & Returns  page for more information. Our warehouse is located in Indonesia. All items are ready for shipment and will be dispatched within 1-2 business days with full tracking information. SIP Jewelry offers standard and expedited shipping options to both domestic and international destinations.

How can I exchange my order?

If you would like to exchange your item, SIP Jewelry will offer a gift card for the full amount, less shipping costs. To receive a gift card all pieces must be returned within 14 days of receiving and must be undamaged, unworn and without any scratches. Postage back to SIP Jewelry is covered by our free return and exchange policy. Contact us by email at info@sipjewelry.com

Does SIP Jewelry offer repair service?

Yes we do! In the unlikely case that you have received a faulty product, we will replace your product for free within 90 days of delivery. We strive for quality at SIP Jewelry and ensure the highest quality standards from our manufacturing process with 316L Stainless Steel and 18k gold plated. Our jewelry is designed to be sturdy and withstand personal wear and tear.
